We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our Residential team in Fort McMurray, AB. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Northview's rental units are 100% occupied by qualified residents while maintaining a high level of customer service within our communities. This position offers flexible hours and is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities: Being the point of contact for leasing inquiries, including outside of regular working hoursConduct viewings, reference, and credit checksConduct move-in and move-out appointments with residents and ensure legal documents are completed and signed correctlyConduct periodic market surveys within the market in your area and recommend rental fees based on market findings for vacant apartmentsMarketing rental units in line with current policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum three years' leasing experience, ideally in residential or building management or as a real estate agent Excellent customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor,      and the ability to speak and write English and French fluently Able to work independently, a self-starter, and takes pride in the delivery of excellent resident servicesExperience and ability in “closing the deal”Experienced and knowledgeable in creative marketingAbility to work weekends and evenings as necessaryStrong computer skillsHave a valid driver's license and in some instances access to a reliable vehicle Benefits: Competitive payExtended health care including medical, dental, and vision coverageLife insurance, drug coverage, and wellness programsDiscounts on rent at Northview properties If your background matches the qualifications listed above and you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the communities we serve, please submit your resume in confidence. Please note, only those candidates chosen to continue through the selection process will be contacted.
