As an Account Executive for Plan Group, you will leverage your effective interpersonal skills to grow and foster long-term client relations with a focus on securing contracts across all Plan Group lines of business with new and existing clients.  To truly excel in this role you are able to effectively leverage your strong communication and leadership abilities to positively influence clients, maximize profit and drive results. As Account Executive, Mechanical Service you will be asked to do the following: Maintain and nurture existing clients and identify opportunities to secure clients in new markets to achieve sales volume and financial targets. Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall goals of the Company. Populate and leverage Salesforce CRM to document and track client correspondences, follow up action items, and maintain active pipeline. Generate quotations for clients and respond to RFP request; define scope of work and provide recommendations for value add services Provide input and feedback in the preparation of larger estimates by contributing greater project insight and firsthand building knowledge Assist Purchasing department to obtain pricing for required parts as required Provide Project Management and Coordination to Field Technicians and material management onsite for projects Leverage positive client relations to assists Accounts Receivable in collections of past due accounts when necessary Promote and pass on leads to secure more integrated business opportunities throughout the company QUALIFICATIONS You have a combination of related post-secondary education and minimum 5 years’ related industry experience; mechanical trade experience an asset. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Accubid and/or Jonas a definite asset.
