Join t our clients team as a dedicated Operations, Events and Office Coordinator. This dynamic role is essential for maintaining the smooth, professional operation of our multi-location team across Canada. You will own the end-to-end logistics, spending approximately 25% of your time on crucial office coordination tasks. This includes managing all aspects of the physical office space, supplies, groceries, and successful execution of team events. A critical component is managing documentation and back-office tasks, requiring impeccable writing and communication skills to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. We are seeking a highly proactive and independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
