**IT Recruiter**

Location: Mississauga, ON

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Screen applicants and sourced profiles over the phone;
- Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and company website;
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution;
- Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills;
- Capable of making fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions;
- Proficiency in MS Office and various Applicant Tracking System;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
