Collections Representative

Are you ready to join a dynamic team with great growth potential? We are currently seeking a Collections Representative to join Nissan Canada's team in Mississauga, ON, through Kelly Services. This exciting role will involve maximizing recoveries while minimizing collection losses. You'll collaborate with legal counsel, bailiffs, and other vendors to recover security and establish repayment schedules with debtors. What's In It for You? Location: Nissan Canada Inc. headquarters, accessible by public transportation near Highway 401 & 427 in Mississauga Schedule: Hybrid work model - In-office Mon/Tues/Wed, working from home Thurs/Fri (9am-5:30pm) with required rotation 11:30am-8pm one week monthly Compensation: $21.00/hr + 4% Vacation Pay + Statutory Holiday Pay + Vehicle Purchase Plan + Benefits Additional Perks: Vehicle Purchase Plan, on-site gym, subsidized cafeteria, and a warm, friendly environment Professional Growth: Free training opportunities available through myKelly.ca A Day in the Life: Make collection calls and/or send correspondence for accounts past due over 5 days Provide exemplary customer service focused on resolving collection issues and account discrepancies Collaborate to reduce delinquency rates in assigned regions and queues Conduct additional research or skip tracing as needed Answer inquiries from customers and dealers about accounts Uphold quality standards in all interactions Who We’re Looking For: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written University degree preferred Experience in Collections or Accounts Receivables Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with adaptability to new computer systems Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy Next Steps: Once you apply, if your skills and experience align, you'll proceed to the next steps.
