Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position.Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check (during onboarding)Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience preferredMinimum 6 months of non-healthcare security experience preferredMust be able to commit to full-time availability for no less than 6 monthsEnglish proficiency (oral & written) is requiredBilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset6+ months of customer service experience is considered an assetMust be able to provide certifications in Stay SafeApplicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's Stay Safe certification program prior to their onboarding certification to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionPlease be aware: The Stay Safe certification is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all the costs of the certification with a 6-month commitment to the position/availabilityLegally authorized to work in Canada Certification Requirements (All) Standard First Aid, CPR Level C Valid Ontario Security License
