Flynn Canada Ltd is recruiting for a Service Superintendent to expand our team in our Lethbridge location “Best at what we do, innovative and forward-thinking, like a family, incredible team, sense of responsibility and achievement, great resources, exceptional tools and training, challenging, fast paced” This is what our Superintendents coast to coast, love most about working as a Superintendent at Flynn.What We Offer- Competitive wages - Extended health benefits- RRSP matching- KPI Bonus- Company vehicle - Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”- On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn UniversityA Day in the LifeIn-Office Project Support:- Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for- Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress- Ensure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremen- Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order - Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site- Must take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a week - Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity Field Crew Support:- Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies- Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites- Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution- Daily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reports- Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews- Identification, training and coaching future Foreman and SuperintendentsWhat We Are Seeking- 3-5 years experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience is considered an asset- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment- Reliable and strong problem-solving skills- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment- Work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail#LI-NS1$90,000 - $95,000 a yearFlynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
