If so, we are looking for you We are growing rapidly and looking for a Rental Damage Coordinator who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Acheson, Alberta location. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Coordinate the administrative functions for the Rental business to ensure organizational goals are met.•Effectively administer and review workflow of contracts, along with ancillary documents, on equip-ment for the Rental and Sales Departments to ensure clients timely receive and execute all neces-sary agreements with ancillary documents with damages listed out.•Coordinate with Accounting on accounts to ensure accurate processing of rental and sales agree-ments that have damage claims.•Coordinate the administrative processes and paperwork necessary to ensure timely resolution of is-sues related to rental damages.•Professionally communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure rental and sales damage processes are effectively managed. •Effectively communicate with various team members to coordinate any damages that are added to the sales and rental personnel.•Process and review customer damage claims.•Accurately analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.•Responsible for managing the rental damages information and sending up the data on a weekly ba-sis.•Any other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor.Required Skills and Qualifications•High School Diploma•Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.•5 years of experience within the utility, heavy equipment, services, and/or dealerships.•Rentalman experience•M3 experience•Record 360•Zonar•Sales Force•Power BI•Smart Sheets •Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.•Experience assessing teams and individuals using established frameworks and processes, identifying developmental opportunities, crafting effective interventions, and carrying them out successfully.•Ability to have difficult but constructive conversations with leaders.BENEFITS•401(k) with Employer Match•Competitive Health Care•Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance•Paid Vacation, Sick and Holidays•STD/ LTD•Partner Discounts•Investment in Employee DevelopmentEqual Employment Opportunity Employer Custom Truck One Source provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, reli-gion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
