What you will doNorthBest Distributors LTD, a Det'on Cho Group of Companies division, has an opening for a full-time Warehouse Office Coordinator. The Warehouse Office Coordinator provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to ensure efficient warehouse and retail operations. This position supports inventory control, member or customer inquiries, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between the warehouse floor and office functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.A Day in the LifeReporting to the General Manager, your job duties include:Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse management.Maintain office files, records, documents, and correspondence.Prepare reports, forms, purchase orders, and inventory paperwork.Answer telephones, respond to emails, and support internal and external inquiries.Provide excellent in-person and telephone customer service.Assist customers with warehouse inquiries, product questions, returns, or special orders.Resolve or escalate customer concerns in a professional manner.Assist with tracking shipments, receiving paperwork, and verifying deliveries.Support inventory counts, adjustments, and cycle counts.Ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and up to date.Enter data into inventory and retail point-of-sale systems.Coordinate with receiving, merchandising, and warehouse departments.Maintain confidentiality of company information.Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.Serve as a communication link between warehouse management and team members.Prepare daily communication logs, schedules, and operational updates.What You BringHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.One year of administrative or office experience preferred.Experience in a retail or warehouse environment is considered an asset.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Comfortable using inventory and retail point-of-sale systems.Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods.Ability to lift up to twenty-five to forty pounds occasionally.Comfortable working in an office environment located inside an active warehouse.Familiarity with Yellowknives Dene language, culture and way of life would be considered assetsWhat we offerIn addition to a competitive salary and a great work environment, Det'on Cho Management LP also offers a generous benefits package, including:Extended health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness ProgramGroup Life Insurance and Employee Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage.Matching Registered Pension Plan (RPP)Retirement Savings Plan and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) optional Vacation, Personal, and Sick LeaveCareer Development and Training Programs*First preference will be given to those who identify themselves as a Yellowknives Dene First Nation Member.How To Apply: Click this link to go to our Website: In-person: 3rd floor-Det'on Cho Building 901 Sikyea Tili CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled
