Help us put Saskatchewan at the forefront of digital health innovation.About the RoleReporting to the Manager, Analytics Projects, the Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping how eHealth Saskatchewan delivers data, technology, and analytics solutions across the province. This positions primary focus is to lead IVHC initiatives through the development of new infrastructure, business processes, implementation frameworks, and documentation for a new provincial health data analytics environment.What You’ll Do • Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather, validate, and manage business requirements.• Document detailed requirements, workflows, and analysis.• Provide input into detailed work breakdown structures.• Lead teams on major project deliverables.• Liaise with the Project Manager and partners.• Develop documentation including proposals, charters, test plans, technical specifications, and schedules.• Support implementation planning and training development.• Provide expertise in incident management and operational support.• Interpret and communicate technical details to varied audiences.What You’ll Bring to the Team • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.• An IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis or equivalent experience.• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in an integrated support environment• Strong knowledge of information technology architectures including: integration and application software, interoperability standards, database, subsystem components and software• Excellent group facilitation and written skills to communicate, present options and alternatives, and bring forward recommendations to all stakeholders • Experience producing professional documentation such as proposals, charters, business requirements, test plans and schedules• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation is an asset.CompetenciesCommunication: Demonstrates and promotes the value of new technologies, programs, and services in a way that builds understanding and interest while producing clear, detailed, and audience‑appropriate written materials.Leadership: Conceptualizes, monitors, and adjusts projects while facilitating group processes to successfully implement technological and business change amid shifting priorities and resource constraints.Problem Solving: Interprets and applies technical instructions to configure and maintain systems while synthesizing information to incorporate new technologies and develop innovative solutions in a constantly evolving environment.Interpersonal: Builds cooperative relationships with coworkers and clients to maintain service credibility and strengthen others’ ability to understand and apply the services provided.Organizational: Independently prioritizes and organizes workload to meet tight deadlines and complete projects effectively within a dynamic and changing environment.Analytical: Identifies, evaluates, and recommends feasible options for data processes, methodologies, information technology, and system design.Technical: Transforms business requirements into technical specifications, maintains interoperability documentation, designs, tests and implements integrated systems, and develops or modifies code sequences to meet design and performance requirements.As one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers this is Why You’ll Love Working Here• Career paths and opportunity for advancement• Health, dental, and pension benefits• Maternity and parental leave top-up payments • Earned days off• Annual pay increases • Work that truly matters to the people of SaskatchewanReady to make a real impact in healthcare technology?
