We are looking for energetic, professional, and positive Customer and Account Service Representatives for a 6-Month Contract (April 27th, 2026 to October 30th, 2026).


Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Account Service Representatives (ASRs) handle customer enquiries by either email (ASRs) or telephone calls (CSRs) from CST clients, to meet their needs as it relates to the C.These roles are responsible for explaining process-related questions regarding the CST product while providing professional customer service and ensuring compliance with our policies.

Provide prompt, effective, and courteous service to clients regarding all process requests via email or telephone.
Use internal information systems to investigate and acquire the information required to respond to inquiries and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Ensure accurate record keeping on our customer tracking systems.
Assume ownership of assigned tasks with an eye to prioritizing urgent requests.
Meet established service index and individual goals on a consistent basis.
Post-secondary education (College or University) and/or related work experience.
Prior experience in a call center or hospitality environment is a plus.
Bilingual in both French & English (written & verbal) – Bilingual Positions Only.
Strong data entry, attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Very comfortable with technology and strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office –Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in writing.

What are the technical/working requirements?
We will provide a laptop, headset, wires, mouse, and other office supplies.
You will need to be able to work 37.5 hours per week and be flexible to work rotational shifts (hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm EST).
You will need to pass a network speed test as the role is currently a work from home (min. Potential to obtain a full-time role – we have lots of success stories.
