Accounting and Customer Service Representative

Currently we are looking to hire office Accounting and Customer Service Representatives who are comfortable working with our technicians and our clients.

The job entails providing fantastic customer care by building and maintaining great relationships not only with our customers but also with our technicians and the rest of the team members.
- A clear criminal record,
- Must enjoy working with people as the job consists of high level of customer interaction.
- Must be comfortable working within excel and word and be willing to train on our own I.T. system.
- Must be highly organized and be able to keep track of invoices and work requests from our clients.
- Must feel comfortable working with accounting and numeracy
- Must feel comfortable working with our field staff in the capacity of dispatch and accounting support
- Ability to speak English and work with people from various cultural backgrounds,
- Must have great written abilities,
- Must have the ability to learn,
- Must be willing to work during the day or in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends according to the needs of our clients,
- Must have great time management skills,
