East Plains Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team

East Plains Animal Hospital in Burlington is a thriving, independently owned companion animal hospital with a wonderful, compassionate staff. Our team of 5 veterinarians and support staff enjoy a fun-loving atmosphere while providing compassionate care for all of our patients and clients. Although we were established in 2010, we have recently moved to a larger state of the art facility. We are currently looking for a full time client service representative. The right applicant should be available 30-40 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturday mornings. Veterinary experience required.
- Greeting patients and clients
- Taking patient histories and obtaining pet information from owners
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Keeping the hospital tidy, clean, and stocked with supplies.
- Processing payments from clients
- Performing minor cleaning duties (sweeping, vacuuming, etc.) and other miscellaneous duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required.
- A positive attitude and passion for animals and clients is required. We are a busy practice that requires quick thinking and an ability to prioritize tasks. You must be organized, punctual, dependable, and have strong communication skills. Our goal is to provide excellent care and services to our patients and clients so that we can maintain our practice in an efficient manner.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
