WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive our digital presence by developing and executing innovative strategies across key channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee website management, email marketing, social media, SEO, and online advertising while collaborating with creative, product marketing, and R&D teams to align efforts with the company's goals and brand identity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:1. Website Management & Optimization- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring engaging, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized content.
- Manage and maintain an online product catalog comprising over 100 SKUs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information and related documentation.
- Enhance user experience (UX) through design updates, improved navigation, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee ongoing improvements to the main website and micro-sites for sub-brands (e.g., Healthwerx).
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and search engine best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the main website, landing pages, and micro-sites.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Build digital strategies to support key partners and extend the reach of the sales network.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising initiatives.
- Create and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain content calendars for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers and foster community growth.
- Track and analyze social media performance, refining strategies based on insights.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, A/B testing, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize email performance and measure engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns across social media, ads, email, and SEO.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with creative, product marketing, and R&D teams to ensure cohesive messaging across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer journey and support lead-generation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in website management, social media, and digital campaign strategy.
- Strong proficiency in website management, including CMS platforms and CRM systems.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining online product catalogues is essential.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
