We are seeking a qualified Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Delivery team. Detail-oriented, efficient, well-organized, and able to demonstrate ownership and initiative are all necessary skills for this role.

What you'll do:

  • Accurate and timely payment of commissions to Dealer & Partner Retail Sales Channel
  • Ensure operational controls for all payment processes are in place and are working effectively
  • Implement proactive solutions and identify new processes to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations
  • Create/update process documentation
  • Reporting and analytics on Commission payments
  • Assist with the investigation of Commission Inquiries from the channel
  • Assist on special projects and ad hoc requests as required
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with the ability to highlight and identify compensation issues while determining execution and operational impacts
  • Other tasks as assigned

What you have:

  • SQL scripting knowledge
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, process, and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives
  • Highly effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Vision 21, Maestro systems
  • Telecom experience
  • Experience with data and process setup
