Position Overview

Location: Woodstock

Wages: $ 24.46/hr an hour

Shift timings: Rotational

Responsibilities

  • Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Record all the calls.
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
  • Receive and dispatch guards or FPIs.
  • Assess situation and prioritize calls.
  • Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner.
  • Track and update call logs and data in software programs.
  • Provide reports to upper management.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as dispatcher or similar position in Security industry.
  • Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management and customer service skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certification or Diploma in Dispatcher program.
  • Ability to work in rotation schedule.
  • Valid Security License and First Aid level C CPR.
