About You:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Development, you are dedicated to identifying opportunities for technical enhancements and process improvements for our systems and products that will increase application resiliency, improve data integrity, and increase process efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Work collectively with business to articulate business requirements into system requirements
  • Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities along with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Show expertise in gap analysis and potential risks/issues on projects, enhancements, and initiatives
  • Responsible and accountable for the business requirements/specifications to be complete, precise, correct, and consistent
  • Ensure project and BSA processes adhere to the standard framework and documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams, to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives. Analyze and translate these requirements into actionable plans and functional specifications
  • Help with the creation of flow diagrams and stories
  • Identify opportunities for business/technical process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall operational efficiency to drive productivity and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership for the team, and assist in resource recruitment and provide input into team member performance and development plans
  • Champions a high-performance environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the Fintech Industry
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a BSA team
  • Extensive experience in business systems analysis
  • Basic knowledge of API, relational databases, and SDLC
  • Strong analytical capabilities are required along with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong organization skills capable of multitasking and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
