What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed
- Understanding and documenting requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Solution design - Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.

Who you are
- A Business Systems Analyst, you can participate in projects and designing solutions. You should possess strong analytical skills with an understanding of Risk Management documentation (specifically Market Risk) and the ability to interpret in terms of system requirements. You should possess effective communication skills (recognizing that verbal and non-verbal communication is more than just language - it includes tone, style and structure) and be a team player. Ideally you have strong technical skills in SQL querying, Excel (Pivot tables), Data Analysis and Systems analysis. We’re looking for someone hungry and eager to solve problems and demonstrate independent resourcefulness as well as recognizing when to seek guidance.

- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 3 years in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, and Application and/or Architecture Development.
