As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to high-visibility external communication and philanthropic projects. You will participate in managing strategic partnerships, supporting corporate volunteer programs, and handling event sponsorships. You will also be involved in creating content for our external platforms, highlighting employee stories and team successes. This internship will allow you to develop your skills in strategic communication, project management, and writing while having a direct impact on our philanthropic and partnership initiatives.

What you will do:
  • Assist in creating content for the company’s external platforms, especially for the LinkedIn account, and maintain the newly launched corporate website.
  • Participate in writing content for strategic communications aimed at the executive team.
  • Act as an internal journalist, collecting information about activities and projects from different teams, and develop an annual content calendar to feed the blog and social media platforms.
  • Support the development and management of partnerships with organizations working with vulnerable populations.
  • Respond to sponsorship requests and help expand the corporate volunteer offerings.
  • Support the strategy and logistics of the Red Cross Month campaign in March 2025.
  • Contribute to monitoring the performance of communication campaigns and philanthropic initiatives by drafting reports on the impact of the actions taken.

What you will need:
  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and formats (social media, reports, presentations, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, including content management platforms (websites, social media, newsletters).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams and departments.
  • Competence in content management and editorial calendar, with the ability to regularly update external platforms with relevant content.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • An interest in corporate philanthropy and community action, with a desire to engage in high-impact social projects.

  • Experience in project management or event coordination.
  • Competence in writing communication plans and campaign reports.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn in a constantly evolving environment.
