Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?
  • Appuyer l’équipe dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de plans et de stratégies de communications internes.
  • Rédiger, réviser et diffuser des communications claires et concises pour les membres de l’équipe.
  • Gérer les canaux internes (intranet, infolettre, Viva Engage) et s’assurer de la qualité et de la pertinence des contenus.
  • Soutenir la planification et la réalisation d'événements corporatifs internes qui stimulent l'engagement des employés (soirée des fêtes, programme de reconnaissance, rencontres d’équipes, etc.)
  • Collaborer à la création de contenus divers pour les rencontres internes.
  • Préparer des documents de toutes sortes (plans, présentations, messages clés, etc.).
Ce qu’il te faut pour être Conseiller⸱ère, communications internes chez nous?
  • Avoir un baccalauréat en communications ou toute autre discipline pertinente à la fonction.
  • Détenir 3 années d'expérience pertinentes en communications internes et engagement des employés, idéalement dans un environnement corporatif.
  • Avoir de solides compétences en matière d’organisation.
  • Être apte à gérer multiples priorités simultanément.
  • Être autonome, créatif et habile à œuvrer dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Démontrer de fortes aptitudes en rédaction.
  • Avoir un bon sens du jugement et une bonne capacité de synthèse et d’organisation.
  • Être apte à se déplacer occasionnellement dans les différents sites de l'entreprise.
  • Démontrer de fortes habiletés à développer et entretenir des relations positives et durables avec les collègues.
  • Posséder de solides connaissances de la suite MS Office.
