Solution Sales Representative - Industrial Warehouse Products

Location: Calgary, AB

Position Summary: Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and targets key opportunities in the industrial manufacturing and warehouse sectors.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to contracts, leasing, products, and service programs.
  • Solutions Selling: Identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions that maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the client’s business growth.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage agreements, ensuring all terms align with both customer expectations and company standards.
  • Product & Service Promotion: Educate clients on the benefits of products, service programs, and upgrades that enhance equipment longevity and performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential new product or service opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Service, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial or warehouse products, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience developing and expanding a sales territory, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, particularly PPE, containers, shipping, packaging, and storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
