The Opportunity We are looking for an accomplished Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team, you will:
- Review new and existing clients and their activities to ensure that data, documents, and other customer due diligence information remains current and aligns to regulatory requirements;
- Update systems with relevant data;
- Assist with client-related administrative functions;
- Be highly comfortable with technology when perform day-to-day activities;
- Liaise with team members, colleagues and third parties in various international jurisdictions; and
- Support ad hoc requests and projects as may be required from time to time.
What You Bring In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- University degree with an excellent academic background and have an interest in compliance, legal and/or financial services;
- Very strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret and summarise documentation in line with specific requirements;
- The ability to problem-solve, be self-motivated and be able to work independently;
- A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills;
- The awareness to adhere to very specific policies and procedures;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; and
- The ability to read documents in additional languages is an asset, but not required.

En tant que membre de notre équipe de Montréal, vous devrez:
- Recueillir et examiner des documents pour répondre aux exigences en matière de diligence raisonnable pour nos nouveaux clients nos clients actuels;
- Mettre à jour des systèmes avec les données pertinentes;
- Assister dans les tâches administratives liées aux clients;
- Être à l’aise dans l’utilisation d’outils technologiques pour performer les tâches quotidiennes;
- Assurer la liaison avec les autres membres de l’équipe, les clients, les investisseurs, les gestionnaires de fonds, les cabinets d’avocats et d’autres tiers dans divers pays;
- Offrir du support pour toute requêtes et projets ponctuels, si nécessaire.
Ce que vous apportez En plus de normes d’éthiques et d’autonomie incontestablement élevées, le candidat idéal possède les éléments suivants:
- Un diplôme universitaire, avec une excellente formation académique et un intérêt pour la conformité, les services juridiques ou les services financiers;
- De très solides compétences analytiques avec la capacité de lire, interpréter et de résumer les documents conformément aux besoins particuliers;
- Une capacite à résoudre des problèmes, d’être motivé et de travailler de manière indépendante;
- Un grand souci du détail, de l’exactitude, et de l’efficience, ainsi que la capacité de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois, en plus d’excellentes compétences en matière d’organisation, d’établissement des priorités et de communication;
- Une aptitude à se conformer à des politiques et procédures très précises;
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais, tant écrit qu’oral est requise; et
- La capacite de lire des documents dans d’autres langues sera considérée comme un atout, mais n’est pas requise.
