This role is responsible for managing, leading, and motivating highly skilled technical teams. It oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is collaborative with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams, promoting change, growth, and effectiveness, and forging strong relationships to drive project success. The projects will focus on delivering and upgrading software such as ERP, Salesforce solutions, BI, HRMS, WMS and infrastructure projects.

Job Duties
  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Guide and create a Project Management framework for the IT.
  • This is an on-site role
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to initiate, chart direction and establish processes in unstructured environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. - preferred
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects in a fast-paced environment - preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Waterfall, Critical Chain and Agile Project Management methodologies - preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure - preferred
