What would the responsibilities be?
Manage staff in the performance of their day-to-day responsibilities
Foster positive working relationships with and among reporting staff
Responsible for managing NOI and CAPEX budget in your portfolio
Ensure that your portfolio is operating safely and efficiently
Ensure that accurate, timely, and complete documentation is maintained
Analyze monthly financial statements
Be available Monday to Friday during the day as well as on call for emergency situations
Other responsibilities as required
What are the Requirements?
Bachelor Degree/Diploma from a recognized college or university is required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and related technology skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Results oriented
No experience is required, however, experience in a supervisory or management role is an asset
Knowledge of Property Management procedures/law is an asset
Reliable vehicle
Valid Ontario driver's license
A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required for the position.
