Position Overview:

Tim's Camps is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of In-School (Community) Program to lead the ongoing development, implementation, and expansion of our new In-School (Community) Program. This role is critical to scaling our impact, driving our reach, enhancing program quality, and advancing our strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment and experiential education with a proven history of sustainably scaling programs across diverse operating markets. They are a strategic thinker with the ability to align people, processes, and resources to affect organizational change and drive operational excellence.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week working remotely. This role will be based out of the Foundation's Home Office location in St. George, Ontario. Work in the Toronto office may be required as well as travel to program delivery markets across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish scale strategies and program expansion of new program to Tim Horton restaurant regions across Canada and the United States. Develop and execute and plans to scale program reach.
  • Ensure program expansion meets financial and operational targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities and secure resources for program growth.
  • Identify and leverage trends in education, youth development, and business growth to enhance program offerings, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the new In-School (Community) program to ensure effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead regular program assessments and revisions in partnership with research and program delivery teams to maintain relevance and quality.
  • Build field team structure. Oversee training, coaching, supervision, and management of field team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to adapt to evolving needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure program success.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the tools and training needed to deliver high-quality programming.
  • Oversee program and regional budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with research, communications, administration and camp operations departments to assess and re-align existing internal infrastructure to support program expansion.
  • Create communication materials and provide regular reports on program expansion, progress, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new digital infrastructure to streamline administrative processes (ie: registration) and to reinforce program learnings.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, restaurant owners, community organizations, corporate partners, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Education, Business, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
  • 8 + years of senior-level experience in program management, youth development, or education.
  • Proven track record of scaling programs and achieving measurable impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and managing large, remote teams and budgets.
  • Experience managing large scale initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of trends in youth development, public education, and leadership development.
  • Proficient in digital tools and technologies, including project management software and educational technology platforms.
  • Ability to travel in Canada and the United States.
  • Bilingual in French/English considered an asset.
