Do you love creating content that drives real engagement and building demand through organic and performance marketing strategies? Are you passionate about thought leadership, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making? 
 
As Content & Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts while executing demand generation strategies that fuel Showcare’s inbound pipeline. You will craft high-value content and digital campaigns that position Showcare as a thought leader in the event and membership management space, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for associations. 
 
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership  
 
Own the content roadmap, developing content that supports marketing, sales, and customer engagement objectives. 
Create and manage high-value blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and social media content.
Optimize content for SEO, organic growth, and audience engagement to increase inbound traffic. 
Leverage AI and automation tools to scale content production efficiently. 

Inbound & Digital Demand Generation  

Develop and execute content-driven demand generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads. 
Oversee email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows to engage prospects. 
Experiment with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics on landing pages and marketing assets. 

Social & Influencer-Led Growth  

Drive Showcare’s social media content strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling and engagement. 
Develop and execute social media campaigns, repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form formats. 

Website & Performance Optimization  

Align content with website updates, UX improvements, and SEO strategies. 
Utilize data analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Customer Data Platofrm, LinkedIn Insights) to track content performance and refine strategies. 
Your tone and style will embody Showcare’s brand— authentic, playful, fun, and approachable, yet deeply knowledgeable and confident in our expertise. Passion for the association meeting industry and experience in deadline-driven event management 
~3+ years of experience in content creation and management 
~ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field 
~ Strong project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities 
~ Experience with Hubspot and marketing automation software for lead generation 
~ Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Customer Data Platform and digital marketing tools
