This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a vibrant kitchen operation that spans our restaurant, market, and catering services—all set against the stunning backdrop of the Lac La Biche Golf & Country Club. We’re seeking a passionate culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings creativity to the plate, and leads with integrity and enthusiasm. If you’re ready to craft memorable dining experiences and inspire a team to deliver excellence every day, we’d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all back-of-house operations, including hiring, training, and staff development Oversee daily service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as catered events Design seasonal menus that are both cost-effective and crowd-pleasing Monitor food trends and ensure our Market offerings stay fresh and exciting Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation Foster a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of combined experience as a chef and/or kitchen manager Proven expertise in catering and food/labour cost management Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills Creative flair with a commitment to consistency and excellence Reliable transportation and full availability for the March–October season Ready to Join Us?
