**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining the restaurant's unique identity.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, presentation, and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance dining experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation styles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant management, including inventory control and cost management.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with staff and customers positively.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
