_With head quarters based in Coteau-du-lac, Quebec (west of Montreal), Ronsco Inc. is an industry leading manufacturer and distributor of railcar and locomotive products, operates the largest independent wheelshop in Canada (Hamilton, Ontario), as well as providing railcar and locomotive repair services._
**Role Definition**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Unpack goods received; Route goods to appropriate storage areas;
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods;
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents;
- Pack goods to be shipped;
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against order requirements;
- Determine method of shipment; Assemble containers, pallets, and crates;
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments;
- Load/unload shipments using a counter balance forklift;
- Maintain a clean and organized store room;
- Any reasonable task to support operations;
- Overtime on occasion.
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- High level of comfort with computers and technology, including MS office;
- Experience with SAP B1 ERP a plus (but not required);
- High school diploma and/or DEC preferred;
- One or more years’ experience in pick-pack-ship/receiving environment preferred (but not required);
- Experience operation counter-balance forklift preferred.
- Highly reliable, detail oriented, conscientious;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to manage periods of pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks;
- A willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and dirty environment;
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials;
- Standing for extended periods of time.

- SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm

- Déballer les marchandises reçues; Céduler la distribution des biens;
- Planifier les moyens de transport; Acheminer les marchandises vers les zones de rangements appropriées;
- Enregistrer les pénuries et rejeter les marchandises endommagées;
- Préparer les connaissements, factures et autres documents d'expédition;
- Emballer les marchandises à expédier;
- Inspecter et vérifier les marchandises entrantes par rapport aux factures ou autres documents;
- Déterminer le mode d'expédition; Assemblez les conteneurs et les crêtes;
- Apposer les informations d'identification et les instructions d'expédition sur les envois;
- Heures supplémentaires au besoin
- Autres tâches selon les besoins
**Qualifications**:
- Niveau élevé de confort avec les ordinateurs et la technologie, y compris MS Office;
- Expérience avec SAP B1 ERP un atout (mais non requis);
- Diplôme d'études secondaires et / ou DEC préférable;
- Une ou plusieurs années d’expérience dans un environnement de prendre-emballer-expédier / réception préférable (mais non obligatoire)
- Très fiable, soucieux du détail, consciencieux;
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps;
- Capacité à gérer les périodes de pression dans un environnement en évolution rapide;
- Volonté d'effectuer des tâches répétitives;
- Une volonté de relever de nouveaux défis à mesure qu'ils se présentent.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement physiquement exigeant et poussiéreux;
- Habileté à effectuer des activités physiques nécessitant une utilisation considérable des bras et des jambes et la mobilité de tout le corps, telles que grimper, lever, équilibrer, marcher, se baisser et manipuler des matériaux;
- Debout pour une longue période.
**Compensation & Avantages**:
- HORAIRE : Lundi au Vendredi de 7h30 à 16h00
- Salaire concurrentiel basé sur les responsabilités et l’expérience
- 800 $ de prime de rétention (payé 6 mois après l'embauche, sous réserve de toutes les taxes applicables)
