Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Business Partner to lead the inventory switchover process for Agropur Coopérative's Canadian sites. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and experience in change management.

About the Role

As a Transformation Business Partner, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and maintaining the inventory switchover process. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless transition to the new SAP S4 HANA system, while minimizing disruptions to our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the inventory switchover process, including preparation, practice, execution, and maintenance steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with the switchover process.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of the new ERP system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operations at a high-volatility plant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
