Role: Human Resources Administrator Status: Regular, Full Time Reports to: HR Admin Supervisor Birchmount Office (Markham) Enercare Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. If you have a strong attention to detail and need for accuracy, excel in customer service, collaboration, and embrace change, Enercare has an exciting role for you. Within HR Operations, the HR Administrator provides support to employees, managers, and the HR community with a variety of processes including time and attendance, generic HR mailbox management, knowledge of benefits, payroll processes, and employee programs and services. To achieve this, the HR Administrator must be customer service focused and have the capability to independently find solutions from various HR sources. Deliver excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Letters of employment, vacation inquiries, etc.). Supporting projects as needed. Payroll processing assistance and back-up.
