Senior Business Central Developer

The Technical Consultant is a development focused role that can include customer engagement and support as well. Acting as a subject matter expert in the nominated areas, the consultant is expected to be responsible for their assigned project tasks as well as support related items depending on client requirements. The consultant must be able to both work independently and as part of a team depending on project size and scope.
Any additional training or guidance will be provided as needed.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Consult with clients regarding requirements and to understand needs regarding customizations, integrations and/or reports.
Build or assist with implementation of customizations, integrations, reports, web apps.
Understand the infrastructure associated with a Business Central Cloud based implementation.
Manage schedules and deliverables as project managers require.
Understand and be able to build out development or testing environments via virtual machines.
Desired Education:
University Degree with preferably Computer Science, Business Information Systems specialization.
Equivalent knowledge based on Business and Computer systems training and experience.

5 years +
Skillset Requirements:
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or Navision)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Platform
AL Language for Business Central Development
C# / Microsoft.Net (or another .net language but C# preferred)
Experience with Visual Studio Code, Version Control systems such as GitHub or Azure DevOps
Technical knowledge of Microsoft CRM
SQL and supporting Tools, SSRS, SSIS etc.
HTML, Javascript, REST API work and similar related technologies
Understanding of basic networking, DNS etc.
Additional Skillsets of Interest:
Microsoft Power Platform
Data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Powershell
Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process.
