Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of online marketing channels, content creation, analytics, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and conversions. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. Must be well versed in running social media ads particularly Meta, Tiktok and Google. Must be able to generate quality leads. Content Marketing & Social Media Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Oversee the social media strategy, including content planning, posting, and community engagement. Work with designers and content creators to produce visually compelling and impactful marketing materials This would be for both in clinic and printed materials SEO & Website Management Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and traffic. Collaborate with web developers to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Monitor and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Web development skills Analytics & Performance Tracking Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize effectiveness. Email & CRM Marketing Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization. Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize strategies for better engagement. Qualifications & Skills: You must have worked within our niche - spas, beauty, cosmetics, health and wellness 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising. You need to be well versed in Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok Ads - A Subject Matter Expert. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms. Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
