This role is key in ensuring the visibility and prevalence of Agropur’s employment brand, so we attract top talent efficiently and cost effectively. This role will leverage technology and social media to promote Agropur in the community and as a strong potential employer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, implement, execute, track and report on talent attraction strategies, to yield top talent through the recruiting funnel, particularly for early-career, hourly and critical skill roles.

Monitor and analyze KPIs and social media performance to continuously improve talent attraction strategies.

Plan and execute employer branding campaigns.

Organize and manage logistics for recruitment and talent assessment events, both virtual as well as in person.

Manage grassroots attraction projects and monitor the marketing budget.

Lead recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings and social media advertising.

Represent the organization at recruitment events.

Ensure all top talent generated is consistently and efficiently recorded into the Applicant Management System .

Manage vendor partnerships and performance.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations. .

Support diversity and affirmative action initiatives.

Support with essential tasks related to budget management, ensuring accurate and efficient financial oversight.

Maintain organized records of all recruitment-related activities, including vendor contracts and event summaries. Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes and compliance with legal requirements.

Participate in ad hoc staffing projects.

Complete other related functions and reports as needed.

Qualifications:
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience Required:
Minimumthree (3) years of experience in hourly recruiting in the manufacturing industry and talent attraction strategies required.

You are a hands-on problem solver; always on solution-mode and capable of managing multiple tasks with varying urgency and complexity

You are a proactive individual who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of essential tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

You have strong analytical skills to monitor and improve performance metrics, KPIs, and social media engagement, continuously refining strategies based on data insights

You can effectively represent Agropur at recruitment events, engage with candidates and stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.

You have flexibility in responding to evolving recruitment needs, as well as the capacity to adapt strategies and priorities based on performance metrics and solve problems proactively, ensuring continuous improvement.
