Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing high-stakes projects, ensuring that each one meets our rigorous standards for quality, budget, and timing. With a direct path to executive leadership, this is a unique opportunity for a high performer with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ICI projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Utilize project management software to track project milestones and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets client expectations and company standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining a focus on project goals and deadlines.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of Canadian experience in Design Build, General Contracting, or Project Management within the ICI sector.
- Proven expertise managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $25 million.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
