As a Senior Project Estimator and Bid Manager, you will play a key role in preparing detailed estimates, collaborating with clients and project managers, and leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates for ICI projects, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to establish project parameters and ensure budgetary alignment.
- Utilize estimating software to track, adjust, and refine estimates as project details evolve.
- Analyze bid results to improve estimation accuracy and profitability.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of Canadian experience in Design Build, General Contracting, or Project Management within the ICI sector.
- Proven expertise in estimating projects from $500,000 to $25 million.
- Proficiency in estimating software and strong computer skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex details clearly and effectively.
