**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and coordinate a team to foster a collaborative environment while overseeing junior staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Mentor and guide team members combined with technical expertise to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Regularly interface with managers to report progress, address issues, and implement directives using strong communication skills.

**Project Requirements**

  • Understand and follow set drawings and scopes of work.
  • Ensure staff & sub-trades compliance.
  • Adhere to health & safety protocols.
  • Schedule trades and phases of work.
  • Document site conditions and daily progress.
  • Think ahead to next steps and catch potential issues before they arise.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Experience in construction Residential & Commercial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • A valid license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and get additional training if necessary.
