Job Description

This Senior Civil Project Manager role will lead project management for residential subdivision projects as well as some site plan projects within the GTA. Key responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating with approval agencies, dealing directly with clients related to setting and managing budgets and invoicing, and ensuring the best interests of the clients are achieved during the construction implementation stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a relatable degree;
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (in Ontario);
  • Expert knowledge of Subdivision and Site Plan Design;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset;
  • A working knowledge of Stormwater Management practices and techniques;
  • Minimum of 8 years project management experience in the Civil/Land Development Sector; and
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines.
