Read on for detailsSalary: Based on experienceAbout youTo be successful, you should have:3+ years as a Corporate Law Clerk, with experience in Ontario and Canadian corporationsSkilled in managing corporate filings, share transfers, director/officer changes, and moreProficient in maintaining minute books, pre/post-closing updates, and ESOP managementExperience with continuances, amalgamations, amendments, and high-volume requestsSkilled in Adobe Acrobat (building and manipulating PDFs)Proactive, team-focused, and strong time managementAbout the roleYour responsibilities will include:Handle corporate filings, share issuances, and transfers efficientlyMaintain minute books and manage pre/post-closing updatesSupport corporate transactions like amalgamations and continuancesAssist in the establishment and maintenance of ESOP plans, including grants and exercisesCollaborate across offices, ensuring timely completion of high-volume requestsPerks & BenefitsHybrid Work EnvironmentComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Paramedical)Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)Professional Development OpportunitiesApplied to this job already?
