Skill Requirements:

  • A valid CRM Certification.
  • The ability to lead strategic discussions and manage client relationships expertly.
  • A strategic mind with a knack for tactical execution.
  • The drive to be a self-starter, a team player, and an intellectual powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a Master Architect: You'll be the go-to guru for crafting custom CRM solutions, using your expertise to develop robust system architectures, process maps and low-level design. You’ll engage with clients to understand and translate their business needs into functional requirements.
  • Lead the Charge: Own your projects from inception to post-go-live support. Be the trusted advisor who helps clients optimize their processes and systems. You'll confidently lead client training sessions, guiding them on how to leverage the new CRM system to its fullest potential.
  • Think Strategically, Act Tactically: Bridge the gap between big-picture strategic vision and hands-on execution. Build release plans, develop solutions, and ensure top-notch quality assurance through testing plans. You'll anticipate potential issues and proactively create solutions to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Become a Champion of Knowledge: Share your expertise Contribute to building business apps and thought leadership content, keeping yourself at the forefront of industry trends. You'll have the chance to mentor junior consultants and help shape the CRM practice at the company.
  • Embrace the Challenge: We encourage you to tackle complex projects and thrive in dynamic client situations. Your ability to manage and resolve conflicts will be a valuable asset.
