Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and compliance. You’ll deliver proactive HR solutions in talent management, recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations, while ensuring HR practices meet legal requirements and uphold company standards. By building strong partnerships with managers and employees, you’ll foster an inclusive, high-performing culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.Responsibilities:Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.Lead full-cycle recruitment and contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.Support employee relations including investigations and conflict resolution.Drive training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting employees and managers with timely, solutions-oriented HR guidance.Maintain accurate HR information system data and ensure employee records are kept confidential and current.Lead and support HR projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement. Requirements:Bachelor’s or professional program degree in Human Resources or a related field.5 years of progressive HR experience.Ability to build strong business relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to interpret and resolve complex personal situations in accordance with applicable policies and legislation.Ability to exercise discretion and tact in handling confidential situations. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and exercise judgment while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Experience in the use of human resources information systems. Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
