Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation between marketing, sales, and other core departments.

- Leverage data-driven insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, formulating proactive strategies to address them.

Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in marketing, ideally at the Director level within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex portfolios, and challenge established practices to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven experience managing and executing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience or exposure to market access is a plus, with potential for growth in this area.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional departments.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative improvements to marketing strategies.
