Channel Marketing Manager

Lantic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for the Sugar segment and corporate branding. This role will provide opportunities for future growth and engagement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketers and analysts to deliver impactful business reviews and quarterly management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate commercial annual business planning and drive harmonization across manufacturing sites.
  • Evolve brand guidelines and packaging to balance cost, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Develop and execute digital services to enhance the value proposition and create a customer portal.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful business reviews and quarterly management reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with B2B marketing experience and experience within the Food/FMCG industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in business analytics and leadership skills.
  • Ability to establish trust, influence effectively, and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Self-awareness, empathy, and relationship management skills.
