About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Sparkle. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and equipment required to perform their duties.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise Equipment: Oversee the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are used safely and efficiently.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Identify and resolve any work-related problems or issues that may arise, providing technical advice and guidance as needed.
  • Requisition Materials: Order and manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies required for cleaning operations.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Monitor the quality of our cleaning services and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Establish Procedures: Develop and implement procedures for cleaning operations, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and effective.
  • Arrange Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and development opportunities for cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
