About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at K & G Building Maintenance Services as a Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to prevent dust buildup and allergens
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene and prevent the spread of germs
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and employees
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain hygiene and prevent the spread of germs
  • Wax and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Specialist at K & G Building Maintenance Services, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, and will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
