Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Hvac Duct Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our facilities are maintained to the required level of cleanliness.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment records and budget reports.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
