Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Profitability: Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch, including asset management and market share goals.
- Team Management: Manage and develop all employees in the branch, fostering a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.
- Strategic Planning: Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures, ensuring the branch remains competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Financial Management: Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the branch and the company.
- Leadership Experience: Must have 5+ years' experience in the heavy equipment field, supplemented with 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management role.
- Product Support: Proven product support background and understanding of departmental operations.
- Education: Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
