Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Profitability: Achieve sales targets and improve profitability in all areas of the branch.
- Asset Management and Market Share: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and optimize asset utilization.
- Team Development and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
- Feedback and Input: Provide regular feedback and input to the Division Manager on branch performance, market trends, and competitive pressures.
- Account Receivables: Collaborate with the Director of Credit Services to manage branch account receivables and ensure timely payment.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Manager to support the success of the branch.
