Job Title: Senior Manager, Data Engineer SRE

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud security and compliance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other engineering teams
  • Manage cloud infrastructure budgets and scaling native cloud infrastructure at an enterprise level
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure and SRE

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure and automation
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large teams of engineers
  • Established SRE as a practice within an organization
  • Experience leading a global team with 24x7x365 operations
  • Experience with cloud security and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing globally deployed applications
  • Experience with managing enterprise-level cloud infrastructure budgets
  • Experience scaling native cloud infrastructure at an enterprise level
