Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure/Cloud Platform Analyst

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office, Markham, ON

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud and on-prem infrastructure solutions for Swoon
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cloud hosting platforms such as Azure and AWS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and cloud services
  • Provide technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 and Power BI
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise security strategies and best practices
  • Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with both Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure platforms
  • Expertise in cloud hosting platforms such as Azure and AWS
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, and Unix
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of computer and enterprise security
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Additional Information:

  • Availability to work on-site 3 days per week is required
  • Able to travel to datacenter's when needed (Markham and Mississauga)
